Learn Affiliate Marketing the Best Friendliest Way

learn affiliate marketing

You heard or read somewhere that you should learn affiliate marketing because it is a great way to possibly make passive income on autopilot, and if you heard that, it is definitely true, but remember that it takes work to get there.

So you can’t be blamed for wanting to learn affiliate marketing but you really have to be coachable and be willing to read, learn, work, and put it all into practice.

I can get you started on this journey the right way so let’s go.

Is It Hard to Learn Affiliate Marketing?

No. The learning is the easy part. It’s the work that goes into it that is the hard part. That, and the waiting.

Let’s get started on what affiliate marketing is.

What is Affiliate Marketing?

To learn affiliate marketing you have to know what the heck it is.

What is it?

It’s very simple.

You connect people looking for something with people who are selling that something, and you get a commission of some sort for doing that.

It’s like a finder’s fee.

Sometimes it’s a one time commission, and other times it is recurring based on the client renewing the service or whatever it is on a monthly or yearly basis.

There are small affiliate offers and payouts of a few dollars and some that can be hundreds or thousands of dollars. It all depends on what is being sold and bought.

Ways to Do It

The most common ways that I am aware of would be Internet based, and of those, the most common would be video over YouTube or some similar video site and blogging via blogs. You can also do over social media and through email marketing, but many times those are actually fed by video or blogging.

Both video and blogging require the work to be done on topic or niche research to find out what phrases people are searching for information on and then creating videos or blog articles on those topics that answer those questions and then propose a solution to the searchers’ needs.

I prefer blogs because creating a blog post is pretty easy and, once indexed by the search engines, it sits there and can get views for years to come. Of course, videos can do the same, but creating an engaging video that does the same can take a lot more effort, and you are competing with a LOT of eye candy out there, as well as your video is at the mercy of the video site that it’s on. You have much more control when it’s on your own blog site.

Also, there is NOTHING that says that you can’t do both. Do the blog route, then of course if you are so inclined you can go the video route as well and cover both bases.

So how does one actually learn affiliate marketing the right way? There are those who do it all wrong and risk getting banned from social media and they bother their family and friends with stuff…

The best way would be to learn through a proven system that can get them up and running with all of the educational and functional tools that they need to be on their way, as well as provide a friendly community of people who are not your competition but who are there to cheer you on.

Sounds great, doesn’t it?

It is, and it’s real and true.
