There are so many people in the blogging or internet marketing or any other online space who come in thinking that there is some magic button that you press and then the money starts raining from the sky.
I have to tell you that if someone told you that, they lied.
I have to tell you that if you believe that, then you had better change your way of thinking.
It takes lots of learning, grit, ACTION, CONSISTENCY, and DETERMINATION to just start getting there.

Yes, it can be a long path, and if you don’t have PATIENCE with your work and decide that you are in it for the long haul then just do yourself a favor and give up now and resign yourself to working a job for someone for the rest of your life.
Also, you have to ENJOY whatever you are doing so that you keep doing it consistently even before you see any success or income because it is that consistency and continuous action that will eventually get you there.

Sure, learn about how to do it. Learning is important. Of course, you have to learn how to do whatever it is that you think can bring success, whether it’s selling stuff on internet sites or doing affiliate marketing, or anything. You need to know that learning everything in the world and buying up all the courses in the world won’t yield anything without lots of consistent action.
Remember, you have to expend effort on a consistent basis to become successful. It may take a while. You have to have faith in yourself and in the path that you have chosen.
People will tell you that it won’t work.
Friends will push the job myth on you. (although you should be working while embarking on this, so you can pay bills in the meantime)
I am a fan of the Internet route because you can do it part-time at your leisure without endangering your primary income until you “make it”.

Blogging is an activity that can yield all kinds of success in the realm of internet marketing and affiliate marketing, but it can take a long time to get rotted and find success.
In the short term, you might get discouraged and wonder why you are spending all the time doing something that yields small or even no success.
Then, as momentum builds, you get traffic and then more traffic, and then some memberships or sales come in, and then BOOM.
Later on, if you ask yourself the question was it worth it, you might have a completely different answer then when you asked yourself early on.
